Regarding the use of student/apprentice tickets of the state model with a contactless chip, integrated with the ASOP function of the city of Kyiv

In 2019-2020, the leadership of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), in order to implement their own orders to ensure the functioning of the automated system of paying for travel in the city of Kyiv (ASOP of the city of Kyiv), rectors of the higher education institutions of the capital were asked to transfer their students to use student/apprentice tickets of the state model with a contactless chip, integrated with the ASOP function of the city of Kyiv.
For the implementation of the project, the format of interaction between the systems was agreed upon between the Information and Technical Administrator of the «Osvita» IAS and the operator of the Kyiv Central Information and Information Production Center (HIVC) to ensure the necessary functionality of the ticket and the Kyiv Central Information System. .
In the course of 2019-2020, manufacturers produced about 60,000 school student, student/apprentice tickets of the state model with a contactless chip, integrated with the ASOP function of Kyiv. So, the ticket manufacturers have done everything necessary for the functioning of the produced student/apprentice tickets in the ASOP system of Kyiv.
For reasons unknown to the manufacturer, starting from November 19, 2020, student/apprentice tickets integrated with the ASOP function of Kyiv do not perform the function assigned to it (travel document — a means of obtaining benefits) and work only on presentation.
