Ukraine will have a Youth Council under the President of Ukraine.
The relevant decree was signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The Council is established to promote the development of youth potential, their self-realisation and active participation in public life and decision-making on youth policy.
The Council is expected to assist in the development of youth infrastructure.
This body will include leaders of youth movements and organisations, athletes, founders of youth social initiatives, and cultural figures.
In the near future, the President of Ukraine is to submit proposals on the personal composition of the Council, as well as the draft Regulation on it.
